Join us for our chat with Cael Chappell, founder of fellow Fair Trade Federation member Baskets of Africa, based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. (Cael has been the Fair Trade mentor for HoonArts from its earliest days.) Learn more about Cael's entrepreneurial journey from a 19-year-old working at an African Art Gallery to his leadership at Baskets of Africa, which now works with thousands of artisans in 17 African countries. Cael shares some of the challenges and joys he has experienced along the way, and what keeps him going in these dark times of the Covid-19 pandemic.
